Speech Pathologist - Part Time (up to 4 days per week) Lennox Head NSW | The Lennox Speech Spot The Lennox Speech Spot is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in beautiful Lennox Head, just minutes from Byron Bay. Our clinic opened in 2025 and provides neuroaffirming, functional and meaningful therapy to children and adults within our local community. Our clinic is located in central Lennox Head, directly across the road from the beach. About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis (up to 4 days per week) , with the opportunity to move to full-time as the clinic continues to grow. The role offers a flexible and varied caseload which may include: • A primarily paediatric caseload, or • A mix of paediatric and adult clients depending on your interests Your week may include: • Clinic-based therapy sessions in Lennox Head • 1-2 days for community or school based visits • Collaboration with other allied health professionals • Opportunities to develop areas of clinical interest We prioritise sustainable caseloads and ensure clinicians have dedicated time for planning, documentation and professional development. Salary $100,000 – $120,000 FTE depending on experience (equivalent to approximately $50–$60 per hour) plus superannuation. This role is part-time (2–4 days per week), with flexibility around workdays.
